Many existing signature generators require an account, store your data, or use extensive tracking. mailsignature.eu was built with a different approach: simple, privacy-friendly, and without unnecessary complexity.
How it works
The generator runs entirely in your browser.
The information you enter, such as your name, phone number, or email address, is only used to instantly generate a preview of your signature.
This data is not stored and is not sent to any server.
You copy the signature yourself into your email client, such as Gmail, Outlook, or Proton Mail.
Privacy first
Privacy was a core principle when building this tool.
That means:
- no account is required
- no personal data is stored
- no trackers are used
The website only uses a simple script to count visitors, without tracking individual users.
